What is GUPREF?

The Georgetown University Public Real Estate Fund is a student-run organization founded in September 2016. The fund invests exclusively in publicly traded REITs and CMBS. The fund currently has $250,000 of assets under management. In addition to managing money, GUPREF prepares its students for careers in the real estate industry by providing them with exclusive training sessions, internships, and networking events. Professors Matthew Cypher and Sunil Madan of the Steers Center for Global Real Estate work alongside the team of committed students to ensure the Fund’s growth and success.
